Administrative & Ancillary Service Fee Notice
(Applicable Only When Disclosed and Agreed to in Writing)
We may charge an ancillary administrative services fee for certain non-insurance support services, as permitted under Tenn. Code Ann. §56-6-125. These services are separate from the sale, solicitation, negotiation, or servicing of any insurance policy and are billed independently of all insurance premiums and carrier commissions.
Scope of Administrative Services
When applicable, this fee may cover tasks such as:
Claims communication, follow-up, and document retrieval
Assistance with billing questions or payment coordination
Policy review, renewal reminders, and general support
Coverage education and consultation
Other non-insurance administrative services provided at the client’s request
Fee Structure
Administrative and ancillary fees may be included when enhanced support services are requested or required. Any applicable fee will be:
Clearly disclosed in advance
Presented in writing prior to billing
Not required to obtain, maintain, or renew any insurance policy
Client Acknowledgment
No administrative or ancillary fee will ever be charged without the client’s full knowledge and written agreement.
